Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible of coordination on-site project construction, including coordination and supervision of Contractors during construction stage of a project and supporting Project Engineers in delivering the project in the Execution Phase.

Required skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of construction coordination / supervision of contractors/sub-contractors experience in complex chemical, hydrometallurgical projects or refineries. Preference is given to the candidates with previous experience in multiple projects with individual project value of US$5M or higher;
- Good understanding of construction operations and processes;
- Background in management of change and risk assessment;
- Good construction supervision/coordination experience;
- A good background in the supervision of technical personnel and construction personnel;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Familiarity with CAD Software with strong ability to ready and interpret construction;
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use MS Project;
- Demonstrated track record of training and developing subordinates to assume positions of greater responsibility in the organization;
- Fluency in French is required fluency in English will be a strong asset;
- Good relationship building and management skills:
- Holder a degree or diploma in chemical, mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering (or equivalent), preference given to candidates with complementary training in construction. management
