Float DSP - Evening and Weekend Availability Required

The Floater – Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing direct care, support, supervision, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across various residential settings. This position ensures that individuals receive services aligned with their personal goals, health needs, and support plans. Floater DSPs work flexible schedules and rotate between multiple sites, based on agency need. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, ensuring safety, and facilitating meaningful community engagement and inclusion.
