Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift openings. This is a great opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing environment with competitive pay and long-term potential.

Pay

$18.90/hr – $22.09/hr depending on experience
Additional $0.25/hr translator pay available for bilingual employees willing to assist with translating

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery in a food manufacturing environment
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines as needed
Maintain production quality and safety standards
Work efficiently in a cold environment
Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures
Support production goals and minimize downtime

Qualifications

Required:

Experience operating CNC machines or bagger machines
Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment
Manufacturing or production experience

Preferred:

Food manufacturing experience
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
