Overview
Logistics Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The logistics manager will arrange for the procurement, implementation, supervision, and performance of all non-drilling activities and services for a North Sloper drilling project
The project planning will begin in July and end when operations commence in January
Operations will continue until April or May of 2027
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate equipment and materials logistics for drilling and completion operations
- Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and strategically select vendors/providers
- Mange on-site personnel for support of operations
- Coordinate and track shipping
- Interact with employees, contractors and outside vendors as necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years' experience working in the Oil & Gas Industry (Remote Alaska experience preferred)
- Previous experience working with drill rig operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Procurement experience
- Logistics experience
