Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; Design, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
3-5 years’ experience in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, or Fabrication preferred
Skilled in CAD software for 2D/3D modeling (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, CATIA, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of machining processes (grinding, milling, EDM), metal stamping, cold forming, and prototype tooling
Proficient in 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with data-driven recommendations
Effective decision making, teamwork, and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
Committed to continuous process and technical improvement using performance data
Hands-on approach: Support stamping process observation and die trials on shop floor
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
