Perform production operations including cleaning, powder coating, and assembly of products in accordance with documented processes, safety standards, and quality requirements, using hand tools, material handling equipment, and machinery.
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency by maintaining a clean and organized workstation, performing autonomous maintenance, following safety procedures, utilizing SAP for documentation and material tracking, and supporting root cause analysis of nonconforming materials.
Support production planning and inventory control by organizing work based on production orders, identifying and picking required parts, communicating shortages or stockouts, assisting with cycle counts, and covering other work areas as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement and collaboration by participating in Lean/5S activities, Daily Management System meetings, improvement projects, prototype development, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors, engineers, and cross‑functional teams.
