Main duties

- Performs scaled-down trials to confirm theory and address initial complications..

- Organizes scaled-up/production trials for products and processes under development and perfect manufacturing procedures..

- Produces written manufacturing procedures in relation to new products, and ensure successful production through monitoring and assistance..

- Takes out patent..

- Provides technical support internally to production, quality, purchasing and possibly sales teams..
