We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Associate to join our team in providing patient care second to none. As a Business Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's day-to-day operations, facilitating communication, and assisting with various business activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, strategies, and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Support the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with Insight Management on monitoring the Revenue Cycle of the different divisions and projects
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, trainings, and other events
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Provide general administrative support to Insight Management as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- This role may require occasional travel to various sites
- Able to provide eligibility for employment for any U.S. employer
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools and software a plus
