Job Description

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or ecommerce environment
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Proficiency in using multiple applications on the Windows operating system
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Flexibility to work 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Costa Rica Time after training
  • Availability to complete 4-week training, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Local Time
  • Reliable internet meeting minimum speed: Download 100 Mbps, Upload 20 Mbps, Ping <30 MS
  • Commitment to Hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)
