
Talent Acquisition Specialist with Dutch & English (6h shift, 24/7 support, incl weekends)

About the Job
In this role, you will:
- Act as point of contact, handling calls & emails from clients regarding, contract requests, cancellations, or last-minute replacements (short-term positions)
- Contacting candidates from pre-approved standby lists and working with different planning tools
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
- Create and update Sourcing tracker pool
- Ensure that all candidates are processed on time and with no delay with provided feedback
- Effectively works with the other team members to insure better result with no delay
If you have:
- Excellent Dutch & English skills, both verbal and written, min B2.
- Excellent knowledge in the recruitment process best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to work Out of Business Hours and on Weekends
- Ability to work Part-time, 6h per shift
- Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous contact centre experience is a strong advantage
- 1 year or more of experience in the recruitment field is considered advantage
