Job Description

  • You act as the primary and reliable point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone.
  • You work closely with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for more complex customer questions.
  • You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning.
  • You leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in both our product and internal processes.

→ This position is initially fixed-term for two years.

  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or you have completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking).
  • Professional Experience: You bring at least one year of relevant practical experience specifically within the banking, FinTech, or broader financial services sector.
  • You are highly experienced in supporting customers via phone, email, and/or in person.
  • You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
  • You have a genuine passion for customer service, take ownership of the customer experience, and possess a strong affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
  • You are a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). German language skills are a plus.
