This position is designed for a detail-oriented and strategic leader who excels at driving reporting standardization, automation, and simplification to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all business units and functions.

Reporting directly to the Director Enterprise Performance, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Data & Analytics (D&A), and Enterprise Planning teams to define enterprise-wide reporting standards, rationalize reporting activities, and ensure high-quality, timely reporting outputs that support effective decision-making at all levels of the organization.

  • Production of Standardized Reporting Packs: Lead the production of standardized executive and retail performance reporting packs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a consistent enterprise narrative that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
