Commercial Counsel

We are seeking an individual to be part of our in-house Legal team specialising in the law relating to e-commerce and the internet, with a particular emphasis on software development, exploitation and protection of software, online gaming, digital rights management and distribution and related general commercial matters based in Malta.   This legal role will partner with and advise business teams globally with an emphasis on negotiation of commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
