Junior Structural Engineer

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join the Transversal Infrastructure Division, with solid experience in Engineering Design roles. Experience in infrastructure projects is mandatory, and candidates must come from an Engineering/Design background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities for the position in the KSA office:

• CSA project development covering Basic Design and Detailed Design, aligned with NEOM/Infrastructure standards.

• Development of civil and structural calculations including:

  • Knowledge of local and international infrastructure codes and standards.

  • Structural design of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, and other infrastructure assets.

  • Design, analysis, and calculations of foundations, substructures, and superstructures for infrastructure facilities.

  • Proficiency in structural design software (preferably SAP2000, STAAD, or similar).

  • Understanding of geotechnical parameters and their integration into structural design.

• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (roads, utilities, geotechnical, hydrology).

• Support business growth through technical input, proposal preparation, and client interaction.
  

ABOUT YOU

• BSc or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.

• 1–4 years of experience in infrastructure projects, from an Engineering/Design perspective (mandatory).

• Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000 preferred).

• Advanced English and Arabic; native Arabic preferred.

• Basic Spanish is a plus.

• Strong report writing, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, autonomy, and technical rigor.

• Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel for business needs.

• Valid SCE membership, with classification aligned to years of experience.

• Ability to work in a multinational environment.
  

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent is a plus.

• Willingness to travel in‑Kingdom and out‑of‑Kingdom when required.
