
Associate Sales Professional - Moncton
Job Description
- Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base for accounts below $15,000 revenue per year
- Minimum of 20 outbound calls per day- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, one-shot quote follow ups, service review, conflict resolution & past customers. Call notes to be updated in CRM, that same day
- ASP to review Bill of Lading (BOL) type (ie customer own, manual, electronic), Electronic-invoicing &
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on all phone calls
- Review Online Quote (OLQ) report in MT Direct daily to follow up on One Shot accounts with Account
- Managers to discuss which accounts they will each target
- Create users and train customers via phone on our online platform MT Direct. 2-3 web demos a week
- When contacting accounts, capture and qualify opportunities and send as a lead to a Sales Professional for
- further investigation
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
- This is an In Office Position
Must be fully bilingual French and English
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate and comfortable using a CRM system
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Sales experience/ industry knowledge is not required but is considered an asset
Must be flexible and willing to adapt when dealing with challenging circumstances, customer demands, last minute requests, deadlines and daily stress
Ability to potentially relocate as required
