Associate Sales Professional - Moncton

Job Description

  • Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base for accounts below $15,000 revenue per year
  • Minimum of 20 outbound calls per day- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, one-shot quote follow ups, service review, conflict resolution & past customers. Call notes to be updated in CRM, that same day
  • ASP to review Bill of Lading (BOL) type (ie customer own, manual, electronic), Electronic-invoicing &
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on all phone calls
  • Review Online Quote (OLQ) report in MT Direct daily to follow up on One Shot accounts with Account
  • Managers to discuss which accounts they will each target
  • Create users and train customers via phone on our online platform MT Direct. 2-3 web demos a week
  • When contacting accounts, capture and qualify opportunities and send as a lead to a Sales Professional for
  • further investigation
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
  • This is an In Office Position
  • Must be fully bilingual French and English

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be computer literate and comfortable using a CRM system

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Sales experience/ industry knowledge is not required but is considered an asset

  • Must be flexible and willing to adapt when dealing with challenging circumstances, customer demands, last minute requests, deadlines and daily stress
