Global Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Global Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager to join our Manufacturing Operations team, located in Debrecen (Hungary) or Penang (Malaysia). In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve global learning programs that support operational excellence, safety, quality, and employee development across our manufacturing sites. You will work in close partnership with global and regional leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
