Motor Equipment Operator I

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  One (1) year of experience in the operation of trucks and other equipment used in construction. NOTE:  Completion of a two-year training program for heavy equipment operators may be substituted for the above year of experience.  Employees in this class operate and perform routine maintenance on less complex types of construction/maintenance equipment used in a municipal highway, landfill, or recycling department.  Other equipment may be operated on a relief or training basis.  Employees in this class are required to perform a variety of laboring and helper...
