Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests
Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
Assisting with meal service and resident nutrition needs
Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
Promoting a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
Current and active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
