Registered Nurse - ACT

Unison Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to clients in community-based and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include conducting physical and behavioral health assessments, administering medications, providing medication education, and delivering direct nursing care. This position includes one 8-hour day shift per week in an outpatient setting and four 8-hour day shifts in the Bowling Green community, supporting Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and outpatient clients.
