Qualifying specialized experience is defined as experience serving as an executive responsible for providing consultative and advisory services on continuity of operations and security laws, rules, and regulations; and overseeing a staff responsible for delivering organization-wide operations involving at least three of the following specialties: personnel security, physical security, emergency management, insider threat, and facilities management.

You must provide specific details in your resume as to how your work experience meets the specialized experience for this position. Please include the month, year, grade and hours worked for each position held. Ensure that your experience and accomplishments reflect the Executive and Technical Qualifications.

You must meet the qualifications for this position by the closing date of this announcement. Please note, all experience statements copied from this announcement and pasted into your resume will not be considered as a demonstration of your qualifications for this position.

Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs): You must clearly demonstrate in your resume that you possess all the executive qualifications listed below. We recommend that your resume emphasizes your level of responsibilities, the scope and complexity of programs managed, and your program accomplishments, including the results of your actions.
