Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for driving sales growth across Department Store-operated E-commerce channels (Retailer.com and Marketplaces).
This role focuses on executing an integrated O+O (Offline-to-Online) commercial strategy to maximize revenue, optimize operational efficiency between physical stores and digital platforms, and ensure a seamless customer journey that aligns with the brandโs prestige positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
[Commercial & Sales Drive]
- Revenue Ownership: Own and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs for assigned E-commerce channels.
- Sales Maximization: Continuously drive conversions through strategic SKU assortment, online-exclusive bundling, and high-impact promotional campaign planning.
- Budget & ROI Management: Manage the e-business budget with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and improving the profitability of digital channels.
[O+O Operational Integration]
- Channel Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to align online promotions with offline Department Store commercial calendars while leveraging in-store inventories for efficient fulfillment.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for department store MDs and external vendors to secure key marketing placements and commercial opportunities.
- New Business Development: Identify and lead new e-business channel launches and expansion initiatives in alignment with regional and global guidelines.
[Analytics & Market Intelligence]
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance and activities to derive actionable insights for future sales planning.
- Market Trends: Stay up to date on industry best practices, digital retail trends, and the competitive landscape to maintain a leading edge in the prestige beauty market.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-brand online retail platforms (experience in the prestige beauty brand is a plus).
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Robust analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English for global and regional collaboration.
