Position Summary: This team member’s primary responsibility is to learn our business from the ground up and understand the key functional areas of the company, with the outcome of graduating into a Territory Sales position. This program is a 12 – 18+ month training program, depending on the background and experience of the individual. There is a very high likelihood of relocating to an open sales territory upon graduation, so being open to relocation is a requirement of the program.
