JSW Steel is seeking a Melt Supervisor to lead safe and efficient melt shop operations. This role oversees scrap handling, electric arc furnace and ladle metallurgical furnace operations, and refractory processes to ensure the production of high-quality steel. The Melt Supervisor directs and trains production personnel, supports safety initiatives, and collaborates with maintenance to maintain reliable operations while meeting production goals.
