Job Description

Facilitate team meetings and engagement initiatives.

Build cross-training and skill development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Cascade effective and proficient communications to supervisors, co-workers, and direct reports.

Monitor/approve all CDM journal entries affecting all general ledgers.

Supervise timely preparation of tax filing.

Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statements and related reporting.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

5+ years of construction accounting experience
-
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with job costing, budgeting, and forecasting

Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities

Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems (Penta a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bilingual (preferred, not required)
Work Environment:

Office Environment – This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. No PPE is required.

Travel Requirements – There is some travel required for this role; generally, no more than four times per year.
