Develop and drive the product strategies and roadmap for assigned product portfolio.
Own the Product Business execution Plan and report on progress.
Set the vision for the product line and align with the various teams on executing the strategy.
Manage the product portfolio to ensure best cost position.
Responsible for profitability of the product line. Initiate the improvement measures to continuously enhance the product line margins.
Active management of the product life cycle and closing of portfolio gaps.
Deliver market requirement documents and product requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Support cross-functional project teams for the new development of the assigned product.
Support the sales activities on customer site, online and print media.
Responsible for the pricing strategy and definition of the new product introduction in cooperation with adjacent departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering).
Analysis of competitors, their products and corresponding market strategies.
Lead the development/author marketing communications literature to facilitate expanding product in existing and new markets/applications via application notes/tech briefs, white papers, product brochures, etc.
Work closely with key internal stakeholders and end customers, including assessing their needs, showcasing products in portfolio, engaging in Q&A.
Develop a comprehensive list of recommended key target customers globally.
Train sales force and develop sales tools and collateral.
Propose an overall budget to ensure success and strategic alignment.
Ensure the product data integrity within the company ERP and other related systems.
