The Entry-Level Customer Support Representative provides foundational customer service support within the Thrislington customer support department. This role serves as an initial point of contact for distributors and customers, assisting with order entry, documentation, status updates, and general inquiries while learning the technical, operational, and project management aspects of Thrislington partition systems.

This position focuses on developing product knowledge, understanding manufacturing processes, and building strong communication skills while supporting distributors, drafters, mid-level, and senior representatives in managing customer accounts and projects.
