Job Description
We are seeking a Sous Chef to support culinary leadership and daily kitchen operations while helping bring the Marcerro dining experience to life. This role is responsible for ensuring thoughtful execution, exceptional food quality, efficient kitchen flow, and a collaborative team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role within a streamlined, high-touch environment where every detail matters and every dish contributes to the overall guest experience. You will actively lead from the kitchen floor, support team development, and play a key role in shaping how guests experience Marcerro through food, consistency, and hospitality.
Hourly Rate: $27-$30/hr
