Lead Critical Care Tech - Med/Surg, Telemetry - Keleman 9 North

The Lead CCT will work in collaboration with the unit leadership to promote a positive work environment by facilitating teamwork, coordinated patient care, unit initiatives and projects for non-licensed personal. - Will schedule and perform duties of a CCT. - Maintain a satisfactory performance evaluation and is interested and willing to be a Team leader. - Should be a role model in hourly rounding and handoff and available to coach and validate other non-licensed personnel in these expected behaviors. -
