Job Description
The Director of Field Service and Warranty is responsible for leading the company’s field service operations, warranty administration, and technical service support functions. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, effective resolution of field issues, and continuous improvement of product reliability. The Director leads the Field Service and Warranty teams and partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and distributor support to improve product performance, service responsiveness, and customer experience.
