Scoping Consultant for Resilient States Project - Virginia (Independent Contractor)

Common Ground USA (CG-USA) is seeking an individual or team of consultants to conduct conflict analysis, stakeholder mapping, and facilitate networking and relationship-building in Virginia. This assessment will deepen the project team’s understanding of state-level conflict and political dynamics, including stakeholders with the power and influence to mitigate conflict, and potential spoilers with the power and influence to stoke conflict, as well as build key connections and relationships in the state. They will also identify potential state-based leaders for a broad-based network under our Resilient States Project. Candidates should have experience in political violence prevention or similar work in the US, and ideally within the state. This consultancy is program-funded.
