How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on providing operational oversight, analysis and support to managers and associates in branch offices within an assigned region or segment with concentration in supporting client relationships and executing on operational initiatives. Key responsibilities: Monitoring and investigating performance and functional system issues/opportunities and support/execute operational improvement projects Providing cross-functional and cross-business unit analysis, problem solving, and solution design Researching and analyzing prospect and client opportunities (pipeline) and implement process changes and training to promote pipeline credibility Populating Budget and Forecasting tool and gather broker intelligence to ensure forecast credibility; Developing reports and reporting metrics that will assist Leaders and Managers with Broker Accountability Assessments Communicating segment specific content, products and marketing materials Providing oversight to CEM and other Group policies and procedures by taking point for GIA audits, group compliance monitoring and local regulations Implementing process improvements and providing training, process embedment, SAFR response and remediation Identifying legal document requirements for annual renewals, new business or business transfers related to business placement Coordinating Legal Document development and execution with broker teams, Legal, Client Services, Compliance and Executive Team Assists with IT vendors and business system analysts in performing root cause analysis and issue remediation related to systems and workflow About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ year’s relevant experience or equivalent commercial insurance experience. Excels at learning business systems and workflows. Technically competent using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Capable of analyzing and presenting data. Ability to travel to branch Offices. Desired: Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, or accrualsExposure to BI tools (OneStream, TM1, or similar) Experience working cross-functionally with business teams Interest in client-facing or business-oriented finance roles Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field Strong foundational knowledge of financial concepts Work Traits: Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Confident relationship building skills. Well organized and able to effectively prioritize workload against competing demands. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
