Specialist Order Entry (Korean Speaker)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Receive orders, check against contracts, create and book orders
  • Book sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers/sales representatives
  • Coordinate price differences, missing information, and material discrepancies with internal Sales
  • Check references to quotations or contracts
  • Change orders and update quantity contracts (customer-driven)
  • Maintain and implement changes in schedule agreements aligned with end customers:
      • Quantity increase/decrease
      • Postponement
      • Delivery date changes
    • Handle delivery blocks
    • Check order entry via MEDIAS; correct errors in SAP
    • Process EDI errors for external sales orders
    • Download demand orders from customer portal
    • Upload delivery information to customer portals
    • Create and send order confirmations to customers
    • Handle customer inquiries and create cases in Salesforce Service Cloud
      (e.g., delivery improvement, order change requests)
    • Monitor Delivery Notes (DN) creation; issue manually if required
    • Request and cross-check shipment documents and conditions
    • Handle delivery exceptions (special transport)
    • Coordinate deliveries with Transport Management
    • Request proof of delivery
    • Follow up on shipment documents (if applicable)
    • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor related to duties

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field

  •  Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or demand management in an international organization\

  •  Good knowledge of SAP & high fluency in both English and Korean language

  •  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  •  Customer-centric mindset, ability to communicate and negotiate with customers

  • High level of accuracy and attention to data handling

  • Compliance management
