Full-Time position scheduled 36 hours per week - 12-hour shifts., with a weekend rotation and holiday commitment.

2G is 22 bed unit that provides a quality, comprehensive, goal-oriented Rehabilitative Program to our patients with physical and/or cognitive challenges. Our goal is to maximize our patients functional status while achieving the highest possible quality of life upon returning to his/her home.
Summary:
The Clinical Leader is a collaborative leader of the care team and is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the optimal provision of care through daily management of unit operations as prescribed by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Practice and Professional Performance. In addition, the Clinical Leader is accountable to practice in accordance with the standards established/endorsed by Trinity Health leadership and by external regulators and accreditation agencies. The Clinical Leader actively promotes the Trinity Health Model of Care and the nursing profession, in fulfillment of the Trinity Health Quality Plan for Nursing. The Clinical Leader is accountable to drive nursing practice though facilitation of shared governance. The Clinical Leader is expected to abide by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
Minimum Education, Licensure / Certification and Experience Required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan
Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is preferred
Membership in a professional nursing organization is preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) for all inpatient bedside care areas, and inpatient and outpatient surgical services required within 45 days from date of hire or transfer.
