The IT Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for managing and delivering enterprise IT projects in collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and Agile development teams. This role supports project planning, budgeting, and execution while also serving as a scrum team member who facilitates Agile ceremonies, maintains backlogs, and helps teams meet sprint goals. The position balances traditional project management with hands‑on Agile coaching, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, transparently, and in alignment with organizational priorities.
