Job Description

Directors at DGA Group are the backbone of our teams and lead the development and implementation of crisis management strategies for our clients on a day-to-day basis. They manage junior team members’ work and learn to be trusted client counselors by engaging around high-stakes, event-driven, matters in a fast-paced environment. They are excellent project managers, skilled writers and editors, collaborative teammates with extensive experience overseeing content development and making the trains run on time. Our team operates a flat organizational structure and relies on our directors to work collaboratively with a group of global experts and across a number of critical engagements.
