Registered Nurse/Clinical Educator, Operating Room - Full Time Nights

Valley Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse / Clinical Educator to support excellence in our Operating Room. In this role, you will serve as a clinical expert and educator, assessing and managing staff competencies, designing and implementing education programs, and promoting evidence-based practice to enhance patient safety and surgical outcomes. You will mentor and guide perioperative staff, support orientation and residency programs, collaborate with nurse leaders on performance evaluations, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
