Director-Medical Staff Services - Full Time Days

The Manager of Medical Staff Services provides leadership and oversight for the Medical Staff Services Department, coordinating the activities of the Organized Medical Staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This role serves as a key liaison between Hospital Administration and the Medical Staff, supporting effective communication, governance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include directing credentialing and reappointment processes for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals, managing privileging and proctoring programs, maintaining departmental rules and regulations, and overseeing medical staff meetings, calendars, agendas, and documentation.
