Program Manager (Residential)

The Program Manager will oversee and serve as the senior clinician for the Pathways Programs as part of the Residential Programs at Trilogy. The Program Manager will provide direct clinical supervision and coaching for team members, run effective team meetings, and oversee clinical services for the programs. The Program Manager will develop and administer tracking systems for required documentation to ensure quality service delivery and effective interventions to clients. They will ensure that capacity for the programs is filled and have advanced knowledge of CES, HMIS, HUD, and homelessness systems navigation as well as harm reduction philosophy.
