Back to jobsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in manufacturing and quality systems.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, including Spuhl P450 and P460 coilers, PA494 assembler, and Roll Pack systems.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Ability to analyze quality data, including statistical evaluation of coil geometry and unit performance.
Familiarity with quality control tools, calibration systems, and best practices.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and quality specifications.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience using measurement tools and data management software.
Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to guide and train others.
Commitment to safe work practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
