-Ensure the Production line Graders are following all Mastronardi safety policies and procedures. -Lead a group of 16 to ensure tasks are done in a timely manner -Ensure production quality of our produce meets customer specifications. -Assign Graders to a specific line per play sheet, assist in rotating Graders throughout the Unit.
