Job Title: Accounts Receivable Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage accounts receivable records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Apply accounting knowledge to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and support financial reporting.
- Perform data entry and financial updates with exceptional attention to detail to ensure error-free records.
- Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and account adjustments.
- Follow internal controls and compliance guidelines while handling financial data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in US shift timings.
