This Position reports to:
Travel & Expenses ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure day-to-day processing of functional Travel and Expenses requests while handling both complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will guarantee support to internal/ external customers and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering assigned T&E services in compliance with all procedures/policies that are in place and as per the defined Service Level Agreements.
The work model for the role is: #onsite
This role is contributing to the Travel and Expense Management, Motion
This will be Fixed term contract for 1 year.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for the delivery of assigned T&E services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures that are in place and as per the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handling ServiceNow tickets, emails, Teams communication related to employee profile management in concur
- Perform data maintenance activities in Concur and prepare/share required data with relevant teams for interface failure resolution
- Ensures high level of data quality and accuracy in the system
- Maintains T&E process documentation and procedures to enhance customer services and provide better user assistance.
- Maintains and utilizes a comprehensive knowledge base, written procedures, and other T&E corporate card guidelines/manuals
Qualifications for the role
- Any Graduation
- Minimum five years of experience
- Working experience in Travel and Expense management is preferred
