We are seeking a RF/Analog Development Engineer with a background in communication or radar systems to contribute to the development of next-generation MRI RF coils and associated signal chain components. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with world-class scientists and engineers on cutting-edge medical imaging technology.
You are responsible for
Design and development of MRI RF coils and associated RF signal chain components, including:
Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
Matching and tuning networks
Balun and detuning circuits
Receiver front-end modules
Participate in end-to-end product development, including:
Concept definition and system architecture
Circuit and schematic design
Prototype development and validation testing
Documentation and design transfer to manufacturing
Optimize RF performance metrics such as noise figure, SNR, decoupling, and stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineering, mechanical design, suppliers, and manufacturing
Support RF testing and debugging, including use of network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and related equipment

Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Microwave / RF Engineering
Communication Engineering / Radar Engineering
Electromagnetics or related fields
5 years of industry experience in:
Communication systems, radar systems, or RF front-end design
Hands-on experience in low noise amplifier (LNA) design and optimization
Solid knowledge of:
RF circuit design (matching, filtering, stability)
Microwave components and transmission line theory
Noise analysis and RF performance optimization
Practical experience with:
RF test equipment (e.g., Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer)
RF simulation and circuit design tools (ADS, HFSS, CST or similar)
Familiarity with:
Full product development lifecycle (design → prototype → validation → production)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-channel RF systems or phased array architectures
Exposure to EM simulation tools and co-simulation workflows
Knowledge of medical device standards (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 13485) is a plus
Experience in high-frequency front-end integration or low-noise receiver chains
