Variable School Crossing Guard

ENTRY SALARY: $18.34/hr.     Traffic safety work of ordinary difficulty and responsibility in regulating traffic at designated spots where school children cross streets. Employees in this classification work under the general supervision of a Police Supervisor in the Operations Division.  Work is routine but requires alertness and presence of mind in hazardous traffic situations.
