The College Graduate Leadership Program at Quick Quack Car Wash is a year-long journey designed to support your personal and professional development as you step into a leadership role. The program begins with an immersive training period where you'll gain a deep understanding of the car wash industry, preventative maintenance, time management, accountability, and effective team leadership. Throughout the training period, you will have dedicated support from mentors, peers, and coaches.
