Schedule: Part-Time
Pay: $48/hour and up (DOE)
Position Summary
White Blossom Care Center is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented MDS Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a part‑time basis. The MDS RN is responsible for coordinating and completing accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Complete and coordinate MDS assessments and care area assessments (CAAs) accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and facility regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
Monitor documentation to ensure accuracy and reimbursement optimization
Participate in audits and quality assurance activities as needed
Qualifications
Active RN license in good standing
MDS experience required (SNF/long-term care preferred)
Strong knowledge of Medicare, PPS, and OBRA regulations
Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills
