Job Description

 

 

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To design national training program, develop user-friendly learning materials/tools, facilitate seamless training execution at regional level, maintain digital learning platform and track training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and ensure world-class learning offerings towards offline channels retail staff.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand frontline learning needs and provide relevant learning solutions
  • Review/Update CRA curriculum pool on regular basis to ensure it’s never out of date
  • Organize TTT sessions to equip regional trainers with the ability of new course delivery
  • Make Own Retail and FRS Ops team well informed of CRA learning offerings national wide
  • Maintain digital learning platform to ensure its account coverage and learning activation
  • Well plan and manage various national learning programs e.g. onboarding, SM camp & etc.
  • Work closely with Global Sales Academy to land global learning programs in local market
  • Provide oversight and quality control over learning deliverables, and standardize training methods and material
  • Manage CRA internal budget application process and track budget usage on monthly basis
  • Learning vendor management from briefing needs to GR processing to ensure compliance
  • Develop team capability via effective on job coaching

 

 

KPI

  • Standardized and documented learning design and TTT process
  • Sufficient learning offering to fulfill offline channels business needs
  • Satisfaction rate of quarterly pre-season kick-off sessions
  • Percentage of E-learning active accounts and store coverage
  • On Time in Full onboarding learning completion
  • Number of after-fact cases per annum
  • ENPS score i.e. Employee Pulse Check

 

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifikation:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in training & development, learning or related fields
  • At least 3 years’ project management experience among cross-functionals
  • Retail related working experience is plus
