Why This Role Matters
As a Intern Fleet Back Office, you will play an important role in supporting Goodyear’s fleet operations across EMEA. By managing pricing and invoicing administration, maintaining fleet data, and supporting service providers and customers, you help ensure smooth operational processes and high-quality service delivery. This internship offers valuable exposure to cross-functional collaboration and hands-on experience within an international corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
Support the administration of fleet pricing and invoicing processes.
Maintain and update pricing data for fleet customers and service providers, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Record and manage jobs within the Goodyear FOS platform.
Create daily tire purchase orders and support error handling and issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with Front Office Agents and the truck team to ensure high service standards.
Maintain databases and operational records, ensuring timely and accurate information updates.
Assist with research, documentation, and broader back-office activities while gaining exposure to multiple business functions.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint is considered an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures and workflows.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to collaborate across departments and learn new skills.
Reliable and organized, with previous experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment considered a plus.
