Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Governance Program Manager based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise governance, and cross-functional risk management, ensuring that AI initiatives are executed with consistency, transparency, and alignment to organizational guardrails. You will be responsible for operationalizing responsible AI principles into structured, scalable governance processes that support safe and compliant AI adoption across the enterprise. Acting as a central coordination point, you will work across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, and Data & AI teams to guide the lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through production deployment. The position requires strong program management discipline combined with an understanding of emerging AI technologies and their associated risks. You will not define policy or serve as a formal risk authority, but instead translate governance expectations into clear, actionable workflows. This is a high-visibility role that enables innovation while maintaining trust, accountability, and regulatory alignment in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
