Tax Manager

The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing Target Hospitality Corp.'s tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and provides critical tax guidance for federal, state, and local matters. The Tax Manager ensures adherence to internal controls, supports financial reporting requirements, partners with internal teams, and manages external tax advisors. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and plays a key role in optimizing the company’s tax posture.
